One Smart Cookie K9 Services Inc. & K9 Fit Club Lacombe offers human-only Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching services to Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe and the immediate surrounding area. Rejuvination Fitness & Nutrition was born in 2002 and has recently merged into One Smart Cookie Canine & Companion Training Services.
Andrea Davis a certified Personal Trainer; Advanced Fitness Kickboxing Specialist and Boot Camp Instructor; Group Fitness Instructor; Performance Nutrition Specialist; as well as a certified Christian Life-Coach and holds Provincial, National and International certifications. She was also a Zumba® instructor for 3 years. (AFLCA, canfitpro, C.O.R.F.I.T., Fitness Kickboxing Canada Inc., PCCCA).
Her fitness business venture began in 2002 by offering personal training and nutrition coaching in her own home as well as travelling to clients homes which quickly evolved into offering her services at a variety of facilities.
Andrea believes that through her own personal experience and in working with others that our goals, needs and desires change over time; therefore designs her programs and classes to achieve many different results and strives to support each person in what they came for. She provides options and modifications so that everyone can partake in a safe but effective way.
Andrea states, "My goal is that my clients and participants feel comfortable and supported by me and in the group setting. That they feel empowered and encouraged to do their personal best in order to get the results they are looking for... But in this effort, it is also important to me that this experience be enjoyable and fun for everyone involved.
I understand that everyone is at a different place along their fitness journey and that your goals and needs may differ from someone else's and that is OK! Your success is my success and my hope is that you just show up, do your best and be consistent. The results will come!"
