Progressive strength training designed to help you build strength, confidence, and measurable results over time.
Women's Muscle Mix: Upper Body Strength (Mondays)
Build upper body strength through structured workouts using dumbbells, resistance bands, and other portable equipment. Mixed to motivating music, each session focuses on proper technique, functional movement, and progressive overload.
Women's Muscle Mix: Lower Body Strength (Wednesdays)
Build stronger glutes, legs, and core through progressive strength training that improves stability, balance, power, and functional movement. Mixed to motivating music, each workout helps you build strength from the ground up.
FITmix (Fridays)
More than a workout. It's a fitness experience.
Every FITmix release is built around the power of music, movement, and variety. Combining strength training, muscular endurance, and functional movement, each class delivers an energizing full body workout set to driving beats and motivating movement patterns. Using a variety of portable equipment and body weight exercises, FITmix offers a fun, effective workout that keeps you moving, motivated, and coming back for more.
