My Women’s Wellness Coaching uses the Brain Academy’s 7 Pillars of Brain Health along with the Universal Model of Psychological Needs as a simple, powerful framework to help you build habits that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
I help translate brain science into everyday practices that actually fit your life, so change feels doable and momentum lasts.
You will learn how to work with your brain, not against it.
Gentle movement and breath help calm your stress response and leave you feeling more grounded. Trying new experiences can spark motivation and open the door to growth and learning.
Time in nature restores focus and creates a sense of peace. Nourishing foods strengthen your brain and body, while rest and recovery give you the reset you need to think clearly and feel energized.
Laughter lightens your mood and makes change more enjoyable, and connection creates the safety and trust your brain needs to thrive.
By layering in the Universal Model of Psychological Needs, we also look at what drives your motivation at a deeper level.

I've been helping clients improve their health and well-being for over 25 years.
I began my career in 2002 with Rejuvination Fitness & Nutrition, offering personal training and nutrition coaching that quickly grew into a variety of group fitness modalities, yoga, and wellness programs.
As this original venture evolved, it merged into One Smart Cookie K9 Services Inc. and K9 Fit Club–Lacombe, where I continue to bring my passion for brain health, movement, and lifestyle coaching to women who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more balanced in their daily lives, while also extending her expertise to support the fitness, enrichment, and overall wellness of their canine companions.
